You start at Bronze and progress to Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Higher levels give you faster withdrawals, personal account managers, higher deposit limits, and exclusive bonuses. Points are earned at a rate of 1 point per ₹100 wagered on slots and 1 point per ₹200 on sports bets. You can track your points in the VIP section of your account. Once you reach a new level, benefits activate immediately. You cannot drop to a lower tier during the same calendar year. If you stay inactive for 90 days, your points freeze but do not expire. The program resets annually, and you begin a new earning cycle every January.

Every bonus has rules. You must follow them to withdraw your winnings. Here’s what applies:

• You must wager the bonus amount 30 times before requesting a withdrawal;
• Only real money bets count toward wagering requirements;
• Maximum bet per spin or round is ₹200 while wagering a bonus;
• Bonuses expire 7 days after activation unless stated otherwise;
• You cannot use multiple bonuses at the same time;
